Description: Born about 8/2001 Topper was rescued from a feral (wild) cat colony when he was 3 months old. He was a new arrival to the colony since he was friendly. He loves attention. He will sit on the stairs and tell his foster mom while she is watching TV that it is time to pet him. He will also sit in the top of his favorite cat tree and let his foster mom know that it is time for more loving Topper has put himself in charge of who gets to sleep where on mom's pillow and when they can. He saves the prime spot between mom's head and the head board.
